What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
Building rapport with families and making therapy enjoyable is very important to me. For little ones, I focus on educating parents to ensure therapy blends seamlessly into everyday life. For older kids, I tailor therapy to their hobbies—it’s therapy disguised as fun! Thanks to my previous experience, I’ve worked across both acute and chronic phases, giving me a versatile skill set for a wide range of conditions.

Favourite conditions to treat.
Paediatric Developmental Delays: Helping babies who are struggling with tummy time, sitting, or crawling. I’m all about play-based therapy that’s fun for both bub and parents! Women’s Health: Guiding mums back into exercise after pregnancy. Rebuilding confidence and celebrating their progress is incredibly rewarding.

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
Starting my day with movement—whether it’s a run, swim, or strength workout—is my happy place. After work, you’ll find me hanging out with friends and family, having a home-cooked meal and enjoying a nice glass of wine.

What would be your personal motto?
Work hard in silence; let your success be your noise.

Who is someone you admire and why?
I will always admire my dad. He was the most encouraging person I’ve ever known, always helping others achieve their goals. Through his life he remained selfless and deeply devoted to family—qualities I aspire to emulate.

Your most out-standing achievement?
Moving out of home at 15 to pursue a career as a ballet dancer.

What Would You Cook If I Came Round for Dinner?
Forget dinner—I’d convince you to come over for a high tea! I have a massive sweet tooth and love baking desserts like brownies, cookies, and cakes.

Where Should We Go on Holiday?
Anywhere by the ocean, cocktail in hand. Think Italy, Greece, or Spain—sunshine, turquoise waters, and endless gelato.
